The main entrance and automated locker station area showed significant surface deterioration from steady rolling cart wheels and heavy foot traffic. The existing floor featured unsealed control joints, deep dirt traps at seams, and a rough texture that hindered proper sanitization and floor maintenance.
Phase 02 / Application & Seal
Seamless Textured Surface
Deep cleaning and structural joint rebuilding were completed to unify the concrete slab. A high-durability epoxy base coat was then applied, followed by a dense, uniform broadcast of decorative multi-colored flakes. The system was finished with a rugged clear topcoat, ensuring slip resistance, easy maintenance, and permanent gloss.
