Industrial Slab Structural Repair

Targeted Reconstruction of Heavy Loading Zones & Fracture Remediation
Phase 1 / Before

Repair pit opening and removal of the collapsed concrete core matrix.

Excavation and gravel base preparation for industrial concrete floor repair.
Phase 01 / Assessment & Preparation

Restoring Structural Load Capacity

In this commercial retail project, we addressed a critical structural fracture in the concrete slab. Following the demolition of the compromised material, we executed deep pit remediation and installed anchored rebar framework. This process is vital to transfer mechanical loads uniformly, preventing the new patch from settling or cracking under the weight of heavy industrial equipment.

Phase 02 / Pouring & Completion

Monolithic & Seamless Floor Integration

Technical pouring of high-strength concrete was executed, utilizing fine hand-floating techniques to match the surrounding slab texture. The final outcome is a perfectly flush, flat, and safety-first surface that permanently halts structural deterioration within the warehouse aisle layout.

Preparation

Installation of structural steel rebar dowels for secure patch anchoring.

Installation of steel reinforcement mesh in concrete floor section for structural repair.
Outcome

Finished patch with micro-leveling and area protected during curing phase.

Final concrete floor repair phase: fresh pour, curing time, and work area cordoned off with safety barriers.
