Concrete Restoration & Sealing

Heavy-Duty Treatment & Liquid Proofing for Retail Commercial Spaces
Phase 1 / Before

Porous, dull, and severely stained original concrete slab.

Trench excavation for structural concrete floor repair in a warehouse.
Phase 01 / Diagnosis & Remediation

Porosity & Contamination Assessment

The retail store floor exhibited high porosity, deep embedded dirt buildup, and moisture stains that made the entire environment look dull. To engineer a hygienic, high-traffic commercial floor, a deep industrial wash and mechanical pore opening process were executed.

Phase 02 / Treatment & Sealing

High-Durability Sealed Surface

An industrial-grade penetrating sealing system was technically applied. This liquid polymer saturates the concrete micro-voids, hardening the slab structure from the inside out. The process permanently blocks concrete dusting, repels fluid spills, and enhances the concrete's natural tone with a clean, professional luster.
