Structural Concrete Repair

High-Strength Slab Reconstruction with Steel Reinforcement
Phase 1 / Before

Precision edge sawing and excavation of the damaged slab box.

Preparation for concrete floor demolition in a warehouse, project by L&L CONTRACTORS INC.
Phase 01 / Demolition & Preparation

Slab Remediation & Compromised Material Removal

Addressing structural failures in the original concrete slab caused by impact or extreme loading, we executed precise diamond blade perimeter sawing followed by deep mechanical demolition. Defective materials were thoroughly cleared, and the sub-grade was re-leveled to eliminate deflection issues prior to the new pour.

Phase 02 / Reinforcement & Pouring

Structural Steel Grid Integration

To ensure the newly reconstructed patch withstands high-impact industrial loads and continuous heavy forklift operations, an engineered steel reinforcement framework was integrated. High-density concrete was then technically poured and micro-leveled using professional magnesium hand floats to achieve a flush, flat transition with the existing surface.

Evidence 01

Technical perimeter sawing and thorough cleanup of the underlying substrate.

Steel reinforcement mesh installation in concrete floor cutout for structural repair.
Evidence 02

Installation of structural steel rebar framework with heavy tie rods.

Leveling technique and base preparation for commercial concrete patching.
Process

Manual pouring and compaction process of the high-density concrete mix.

Pouring fresh concrete for floor patching, executed by experts at L&L CONTRACTORS INC.
Result

Freshly poured concrete patch, perfectly flat and undergoing engineering cure.

Final finish of concrete floor repair in a warehouse area, high-quality professional work.
