To integrate new infrastructure within this high-traffic commercial aisle, we executed precise perimeter diamond blade sawing. We proceeded with deep trench excavation, remidating the existing concrete walls and leveling the sub-grade to ensure no deflection issues prior to the new pour.
Phase 02 / Reconstruction & Curing
Monolithic Pour and High-Precision Leveling
Following utility infrastructure placement, we executed technically poured high-strength concrete. To guarantee forklift and customer traffic safety, we applied precise hand micro-leveling to achieve a fully flush transition with adjacent slabs. Structural perimeter forms were utilized to ensure material confinement until final cure.
